Peter Huang [Chief Executive Officer]
Peter is the founder of YONG Real Estate and the C.E.O of JHC Development Group. He came to Australia in 1991 with US $100 in his pocket to start his family business again. The workbook of his development project is worth around $900 million in the future and he launched his autobiography - "The Australian Dream and $1 Properties" on 28th February, 2009.

Diane Zhang [Acquisition Manager - Investment]
Diane is an integral part of JHC Development Group in sourcing quality investment and development opportunities. Diane successfully completed a Master Degree and has combined her practical knowledge and experience to fill her role.

Mark Heinrich [Acquisition & Development Manager]
Mark brings in excess of 10 year's property development experience to JHC. Mark has formal qualifications in economics and finance and has highly developed skills in project financial analysis and project management. His advice on the financial and property development pitfalls has been published in the Courier Mail and he has consulted to many large property development companies in Queensland.
Mark has a thorough knowledge of the development life cycle from inception to completion and he has been involved in many townhouse, multi unit, small lot sub divisions and green street projects in South East Queensland and Northern NSW. He is looking to enhance JHC's reputation as a developer of absolute quality, sustainable and livable projects.
JHC also has a strong commitment to forming "Joint Venture" relationships with land Owners and Mark adheres to the YONG philosophy that all parties must be winners in every relationship that we enter.

William Wu [Project Marketing Associate]
William Wu graduated from the University of Canberra in 2007. He started his career working for H&R Block as a tax consultant. He then joined Aspen Medical, a global leader in expeditionary healthcare services, as Accounts Payable Officer.

Sanya Dmitrovic [Project Marketing Associate]
Sanya joined the YONG Project Marketing division in 2010 and is responsible for managing the project marketing campaigns.

Sarah has been working with Peter for many years and is responsibile for running Peter's administration work. She is an integral part of JHC's day to day business operations.

Ashleigh has recently graduated from the University of Queensland (UQ) with a Bachelor of Arts Degree. She is an integral part of JHC's day to day business operations.

Michael Wang [Information Technology (IT) Manager]
Michael graduated from QUT and joined JHC as IT Manager to provide daily technical support. He is an integral part of the JHC team.

Kelly Kang [Graphic / Web Designer]
With a degree in both graphic design and web design, Kelly is responsible for maintaining the JHC website and doing the design work for JHC projects.
